Topic 1: Write about your fitness and eating habits


In this topic one i would like to share you guys about my fitness and eating habits. So about my shape i think i just kinda too fat or to big, gotta say that i'm out of shape. That was me in 2023.


But now i'm having very good shape. To keep stay in shape i usually go Gym or do boxing activites. The place where i go gym and boxing really near my house, it just took me 10 minutes to walk to there. I usually do Gym and Boxing 4 days each week, each day i spend 2 hours for it, 1 hour for gym and 1 hour for boxing.

 And ye i'm not alone, my old friend was the one told me to tried out gym and boxing, for now he still go with me and sometime we challenge each other just for fun too. After all Gym and Boxing really make me get a good shape and much fun too. About eating habits, i limit eating a lot of greasy and fatty foods. and eat much boiled meat and vegetables. I avoid some kind of food like, Fried chicken, oiled and fatty foods. Unhealthy eating habits are simple Fatty and greasy,fatty foods
